The Steps to Becoming Staff:

1. Attend Solomon's Porch during an open evening and shadow a staff member

2. Fill out this staff application: (coming)

3. Submit to a fingerprint background check (call our office to arrange)

4. Go through a three-hour staff training

5. Continue on as Staff-In-Training for 48 youth-contact hours.
